Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gh66 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots library, speciality games, or any other service made available through gh66.io — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• gh66 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

The following general conditions apply to all gh66 bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following general betting rules apply across all gh66 products:

In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, settlement rules will follow the market-specific terms applicable at the time the bet was placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all associated bets, and the forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

• Fraudulent activity: Including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information during the registration or verification process.
• Bonus abuse: Including deliberately exploiting bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.

gh66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your gh66 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gh66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gh66's operator entity is incorporated. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described below.

In the event of a dispute between you and gh66 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact gh66 support in the first instance. gh66 will use its best efforts to resolve any complaint through good-faith negotiation within 14 calendar days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator before initiating formal legal proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
